Into the World of Poplab: Hype I Collection Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is open from September 5, 2022, at 12:00AM SGT to September, 2022, at 11:59PM SGT, both dates inclusive (“Lucky Draw Period”) to shoppers on Poplab (“Eligible Shopper”).

The Lucky Draw is organised by Poplab Space Pte Ltd (“Poplab”) and shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).

By registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by T&Cs and the decisions of Poplab relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

Eligible Shopper must be 18 years and above (as of the start of the Lucky Draw Period) and be a Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) with a valid residential address in Singapore to participate in the Lucky Draw.

The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws: Directors, Employees of Poplab and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters), all agencies and/or service providers engaged by Poplab and their Employees and Immediate Family Members, and employees of Poplab Merchants and their Immediate Family Members.

Each purchase on Poplab of S$150 and above in a single order, excluding shipping fees (“Qualifying Spend”), provides the Eligible Shopper with 1 entry for Lucky Draw.

There will be 5 Lucky Draw winners in total. The winners for the Lucky Draw (“Winner”) will be drawn at random for Eligible Shopper who meets the Qualifying Spend during Lucky Draw Period got the at 6:00PM SGT on 1 October (“Draw Date”) on Poplab’s Instagram @poplab.space Livestream.

Each Winner is limited to winning one merchandise prize out of the 5 determined sets MECHAPAX (Night) Tee & Tote, MECHAPAX (Day) Tee & Tote, Lonerslugs X Laughing Tiger Incense Chamber, The Laughing Tiger Collapsible Outdoor Wagon Ver: 02, GARMENTS “Feel Warm” Knit Hoodie (“Prize”) regardless of the number of entries or the number of items they purchased.

Winner shall be notified by email indicated on their Poplab account used in Lucky Draw participation within 14 calendar days of the Draw Date. 

Winner who do not reply to confirm on the notification within the next 14 calendar days from the email notification shall having their winning forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. Winner whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Poplab.

Each Winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any of Poplab advertising or publicity activities relating to the Lucky Draw, without any compensation whatsoever. Poplab may publicise his/her name and/or his/her photograph in such mode and manner as Poplab considers fit. All Eligible Shopper in the Lucky Draw expressly and irrevocably allow and authorise us to collect, use and disclose their personal data to any third parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Lucky Draw.

Poplab has absolute discretion to disqualify any Lucky Draw entry that does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions or find to be tampering/disrupting with the entry process, the website, or the operation of Lucky Draw. Such determination is final and conclusive, and Poplab is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

Poplab’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw will be at absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all Eligible Shopper. Poplab will not entertain any correspondence and reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Lucky Draw without any prior notice.

Prize Details

All Prize, where applicable, come in free size.

Prize are non-transferable.

If a Prize, or any portion of it, cannot be awarded for any reason, Poplab will substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value.
